Admission as a slave candidate
In the happy scenario, I declare you as my slave candidate. The candidate phase is of indefinite time or up to my decision to take you over as my slave. I conclude this phase with an initiation ritual as my slave.

First level of candidacy
In order to make my decision responsibly, whether I accept you as my slave or sort you out, I expect from you the information which I have asked.
You must answer my questions truthfully and completely, because every question I ask has its meaning. Should this be excusably not possible for you with one or another question, you will explain it to me in detail and comprehensively, if I allow it to you.
In the event that I should have to determine later that you have made untrue statements here, you will be sorted out immediately. I consider it a breach of trust, which makes a further relationship impossible.
I will only look at your questionnaire after you have paid your application tribute. Before I look at your information, you will receive from me a retroactive and indefinite confidentiality declaration, which protects you against possible disclosure of your private information.
I purposely do not offer master interviews until I receive your application. This is for several experience-based reasons.
It is actually a good trait of any slave to be able to read the master's desires almost in advance.
The flip side of this, however, is often that slave applicants misjudge themselves in the heat of the application, partly due to previous disappointments, precisely because they want to serve the future Master and only his needs.
So there are also different weaknesses and strengths among the slaves. If one overestimates or underestimates oneself, falsifies one's own feelings, then it inevitably leads to dysfunction at some point.
This can be prevented by first evaluating you and assessing whether it can be reconciled with my ideas. Thus, this questionnaire is only the first step.
Second level of candidacy
It may be that I will ask additional questions before the second phase of the application. This will be my evaluation and feedback in the form of a written exchange or an interview.
Either I will sort you out and give my reasoning. Or I will invite you to move on.
Third level of candidacy
So we come to the third application phase, in which you may first take as much time as you need to think about my feedback. During this time, you may also ask questions about my feedback. A master interview, provided you desire it, concludes this phase. Here we agree on the further procedure. This can be a unilateral or mutual reflection period, clarification of certain individual questions, etc.
Fourth level of candidacy
After we have decided to move on, there is a larger trial assignment as the fourth phase of the application process. With successful execution of the task entrusted by me, you will then become my slave candidate in the happy scenario. This assumes your willingness to serve me as a slave.
The candidate phase is of indefinite time or until my decision to take you as my slave. Here you can assume several months. I conclude this phase with an initiation ritual.
